Wednesday, October 29th, 2008

A few friends have asked that I make my Thoughts on Practice essay available at our new website.  Here it is!

I have come to feel that practice presents an array of profound challenges.  How does one maintain daily practice?  What is most effective?  The solutions constitute a deep and personal philosophy of living that I am just starting to explore.

This essay deals mainly with technical aspects of practice.

If you have any feedback or thoughts (technical or philosophical) of your own, please share them below!
