Throne of Blood
This Monday I met with Resident Composer Todd Barton of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival to record taiko sounds for the play “Throne of Blood”. For those who may not know Throne of Blood was originally an Akira Kurosawa film. The play opens in July. It was a relatively quick and easy process that only lasted an hour. We did the recording in the Bowmer theater on the OSF campus.
